How to make the most delicious chicken salad at home?

Take one medium-sized chicken breast. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut it in half (we will use half a chicken breast for this salad). Slice the halved chicken breasts into slices.

Take a frying pan. Place the pan on a medium hot hob. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.

When the oil is hot, add the chicken to the pan. Sprinkle the chicken slices generously on both sides with the chicken seasoning. First sprinkle the chicken seasoning on one side of the chicken breasts, then turn the chicken pieces over and sprinkle the chicken seasoning on the other side of the chicken pieces. Bake the seasoned chicken for about 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side), until the chicken is lightly browned.

While the chicken is cooking, start preparing the salad. Take two large romaine lettuce leaves. Wash the lettuce leaves well under hot water and rinse them under cold water. Drain the lettuce leaves and place them on a cutting board. Cut the romaine lettuce leaves into slices and place them in a salad bowl.

Take three small tomatoes. Sweet little tomatoes are best for this salad. Wash the tomatoes well under hot water and rinse under cold water. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place in a salad bowl.

Take one small sprig of parsley, wash it well and place it on a chopping board. Chop the parsley well and add it to the salad bowl.
