How to make pasta with ground beef and parmesan cheese at home?
Take a small white onion. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Cut half the onion into small cubes on a food cutting board.
Take a medium-sized frying pan and place it on a medium-hot hob.
Add four tablespoons of olive oil to a hot pan.
Add chopped onion cubes to a pan with heated olive oil.
Fry the onion for a few minutes on medium heat until the onion softens.
When the onion softens, take two small cloves of garlic. Peel the garlic cloves and squeeze them into the pan with the onion.
Fry the garlic and onion a little more (1 minute).
When the onion and garlic are fried, add two small handfuls of meat to the pan. We use 2 small handfuls of ground beef to make 2 servings of pasta for adults.
If you want to make more servings, please know that we use 1 small handful of ground beef per person. Also add all other ingredients accordingly if making more than 2 servings of this pasta recipe.
Spread the ground beef evenly over the pan with a spatula and mix with the onions and garlic.
You will need to fry the beef in the pan for about 10 minutes, until it turns gray.

While the beef is cooking in the pan, take a medium sized pot. Fill the pot with water. Pour enough water to cover 1/3 of the pot.
Place a pot of water on a medium-hot stovetop.
Add two pinches of salt and two tablespoons of olive oil to the pot.
Wait until the water in the pot boils. Then add the pasta to the pot. Add two handfuls of pasta for two servings. Spread the pasta evenly throughout the pot, but do not break it in half. The pasta will fall into the pot on its own when the ends soften as it boils.

Meanwhile, while the pasta is cooking, take 5 tablespoons of the tomato sauce and add the sauce to the pan with the ground beef. Also add 1 teaspoon of mustard to the pan.
Mix the tomato sauce and mustard with the other ingredients in the pan.
Add 1/3 cup cream to the pan. Mix the cream with all the ingredients in the pan.
Meanwhile, the pasta will be cooked. Remove the pasta from the stove and drain the water from the pot. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the other ingredients.
Mix the pasta with the ground beef and cream sauce.
Sauté the pasta with the other ingredients in the pan for another 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove.
Take a handful of parmesan cheese and grate it on a fine grater.
Also, take a sprig of basil and finely chop it on a cutting board. If you don't have basil, you can use parsley or other herbs. But basil works best for this dish.
Before serving, sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil.
That's how we made a pasta with a special taste. The taste will really impress you. Taste and enjoy!

Can you cook raw ground beef in pasta sauce?
Whether it is possible to use raw ground beef in pasta sauce depends on how long you will stew the ground beef in the sauce and at what temperature you will do it. If you simmer the sauce together with the ground beef for more than 10 minutes on a medium or high temperature, the ground beef will definitely be cooked enough and can be eaten. However, we recommend that you fry the ground beef first and only at the end of cooking add the rest of the ingredients to the pan to make the sauce.
What to add to ground beef to make it taste better?
Ground beef, like any other meat, is recommended to be seasoned with salt and black pepper. These are spices that are simply necessary for meat to reveal its true taste. In addition, you can mix ground beef with herbs before cooking. Parsley or cilantro are perfect for this. If you want spicier ground beef, add some chili pepper along with salt and black pepper.
Should you drain ground beef before adding pasta sauce?
Whether you should drain the ground beef before adding the pasta sauce depends on whether you want a moister pasta or a drier one. In our opinion, the tastier pasta is obtained when it is not dry. So we recommend not to dry the ground beef before adding the pasta sauce.
