Take a small red onion. Peel and wash the onion. Cut 1/4 of the onion and place it on a cutting board. Chop the onion into small cubes. Place the onion cubes in a small bowl.
Take a medium-sized avocado. Cut the avocado into quarters. We're going to use 1/2 an avocado for this toast, so take two quarters of the avocado, peel the skin off the avocado, and place the avocado on a cutting board.
Cut the avocados into small slices. Put the slices in a bowl with chopped onions.
Squeeze some lemon juice into the bowl with the onions and avocado and add a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.

Take 3 small sweet tomatoes, wash them and place them on a cutting board. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Put the chopped tomatoes aside, we will use them later.
