When making chicken cheese and tomato toast, you may have the following questions:
Do you season chicken before or after cooking?
If you want to get more flavor out of the chicken, sprinkle the spices on the chicken before cooking. The longer the spices stay on the meat, the deeper they will penetrate and the tastier the chicken will be.
Do you put olive oil on chicken before seasoning?
It doesn't make much difference when you put olive oil on the chicken. It is important that you sprinkle the chicken with spices and oil, rub everything well with your hands and mix it so that the spices and oil penetrate the chicken and make it tastier.
Should you cook chicken straight from the fridge?
We advise you to cook the chicken after it has been at room temperature for a while. It is best to cook chicken when it has been sitting at room temperature for 30-60 minutes and sprinkled with spices and olive oil. Such a period of time ensures that the chicken will absorb the spices and the oil will be properly absorbed by the chicken and make it tastier and juicier.
How do you keep chicken moist when cooking?
If you want to make juicy chicken, soak it in salt water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. The chicken will get enough moisture in the water, which will keep it during cooking and will be juicier when eaten.
